Job Description:
A company is looking for a Financial Advocate to provide
personalized support to participants on their financial
journeys.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to participant inquiries and assist with enrollment in
financial wellness tools
Provide personalized financial advice and promote positive
participant behaviors
Collaborate with various departments to fulfill client requests and
enhance program engagement
Required Qualifications
FINRA licenses (Series 65 or 63/6) are encouraged; must be obtained
within six months if not held
BA/BS degree from an accredited university preferred
1-3 years of experience in customer service or operations support
roles
Bilingual in Spanish preferred
Previous experience in finance or investment markets preferred
