About Our ClientMy client is a $250-300M general contractor that
self-preforms most of their trade work. They specialize in
multi-family, senior living, and education projects over $20M but
they also do various other commercial projects. They approach
construction in an organized and methodical way, but make a point
to make every employee feel valued.

Job Description
- Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from
inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to
budget.
- Coordinate and manage project teams, including subcontractors,
vendors, and internal staff, to meet project objectives.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, track
milestones, and resolve any delays or issues.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal
regulations, as well as company safety protocols and quality
standards.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, review financial reports,
and adjust cost estimates as needed.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders,
and team members, providing regular updates and addressing
concerns.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to
minimize potential disruptions to the project timeline or
budget.
- Review and approve project documentation, contracts, and change
orders to ensure alignment with project goals and scope.
The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years experience in a PM or higher role
- Ground up general contracting construction experience
- Degree in Construction Management or Engineering, or relevant
experience in place of degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Leadership ability to oversee more junior project managers and
APMS
- Ability to work both independently, as well in a team
setting
- Passion for delivering first class service to customers
