Adapts equipment by developing new designs and specifications; supervising installations.

Duties:
* Enhances staff accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions; answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members; teaching improved processes; mentoring team members.

* Determines new specifications by studying production requirements; analyzing equipment design and capabilities.

* Adapts equipment by developing functional concepts; writing new operating instructions, programs, and controls.

* Supervises installations by monitoring compliance with specifications; adjusting design and functional applications.

* Confirms installations by completing tests; making adjustments.

* Prepares operators by conducting training; writing references.

* Maintains equipment by determining preventive and routine maintenance requirements.

* Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

* Accomplishes engineering and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
* CAD CAM experience , able to program Siemens PLC's.

* Continuous Improvements within CNC Department
* Report to the CNC Manager
