Job Description:
A company is looking for an Account Director responsible for
managing customer relationships and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize the overall customer experience while nurturing
relationships with key decision-makers
Collaborate with regional partners to implement solutions-oriented
sales strategies and minimize churn
Effectively manage accounts, providing timely sales forecasts and
driving company strategy for aligned accounts
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of related experience; or a
Master's degree with 6+ years; or a PhD with 3+ years of related
experience
Knowledge of software solutions and ability to align them with
customer business needs
Experience in account management and customer success
strategies
Understanding of economic drivers and industry trends relevant to
customer accounts
Ability to engage with customers and develop strong relationships
with influencers and decision-makers
