POSITION SUMMARYThe Supply Chain Program Manager position plays
a key role in the success of the Global Supply Chain Management
team as we support Regal Rexnord's aggressive growth goals with
extensive new product development (NPD) and our Supply Chain
Optimization initiatives. This position is responsible for
coordinating and aligning the resources required to successfully
achieve our corporate objectives, including the development of
processes with key cross-functional stakeholders to ensure flawless
execution of our objectives. The position will be responsible for
driving detailed workflows to support such items as:Supplier
resourcing events, NPD, outsourcing, VA/VE projects, large cost out
initiatives, supplier crisis management, and acquisition
integration. This is a hybrid role based out of either Rosemont, IL
or Milwaukee, WI.Responsibilities
- Leverage a high level of project management skills for supply
chain related to supplier resourcing, NPD, outsourcing, VA/VE,
large cost out initiatives, supplier crisis management and
acquisition integration.
- Serve as the Supply Chain Champion and identify and secure
cross-functional stakeholders to execute assigned projects on
time.
- Coordinate and lead projects review with owners (Weekly, Bi,
Weekly, Monthly)
- Act as liaison between Operations, Quality, Engineering, and
other functions for the Supply Chain team on assigned projects,
ensuring good communication and resources for conflict
resolution.
- Coordinate with SCM global champions in Procurement & Supplier
Quality to deliver a comprehensive plan transition of supply,
selection and qualification of suppliers, supplier agreements, and
other tasks as required for assigned projects.
- Establish robust communication strategies to report on program
status, communicate critical issues to external and internal
customers, offer solutions, and implement corrective actions.
- Lead Monthly Results meetings for the business.
- Demonstrate managerial courage and leadership to escalate
program challenges promptly and find solutions with key
stakeholders.
- Work with category managers on specific quotation process with
multiple suppliers.
- Create specific cost comparison analysis for easier decision
making.
- Coordinate with sites to have accurate data in project tracker
(Plan forecast and actuals).
- Lead designated Sourcing workshop ideation events in
coordination with SCM's.
- Provide guidance & support to sites on supply chain issues or
training, engaging the right individual to support. QUALIFICATIONS
- BA or BS degree is required, preferably in Business, Supply
Chain, Operations Management or Engineering.
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in an industrial manufacturing
environment in a strategic Procurement/Supply Chain position.
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence.
- Experience with large scale project management across multiple
functional teams.
- Demonstrated experience on Operations life cycle, in depth
analysis and problem solving.
- Demonstrated experience with a variety of manufacturing
concepts, practices, and proceduresare preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze, resolve problems and convert
data into actionable solutions.
- Computer Skills: Microsoft Project, Office, SharePoint, SAP, or
other ERP systems.
- Knowledge of lean tools and mindset to drive for continuous
improvement.Travel:Approximately up to 35% travel including
internationalLanguage:English, Spanish bilingual is a
plusCompensation Details:$108K - $168KThe salary range provided is
intended to display the value of the company's base pay
compensation forall statewide locations across the United States.
Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors,including but not
limited to the physical worksite location, candidate's skill set,
level of experience,education and internal peer compensation
