• Pricing Strategy Support: Collaborate with the pricing team to develop and implement competitive pricing strategies for international shipments by land, sea, and air.
• Sales Coordination: Work closely with the sales team to understand client needs, tailor pricing proposals, and support business development efforts.
• Data Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and client data to ensure our pricing remains competitive and profitable.
• Quote Management: Prepare, review, and distribute accurate and timely pricing quotes to the sales team and clients.
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline pricing and sales processes to improve efficiency and reduce turnaround time.
• Relationship Building: Act as a bridge between the pricing and sales teams to ensure clear communication, alignment on goals, and a collaborative approach.
• Problem-Solving: Address pricing-related inquiries from clients and the sales team, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Market Insights: Stay up to date with industry trends and international market conditions to inform pricing strategies.What We're Looking For:
  • Experienced: 3-5 years in sales, pricing, or a related role within logistics, freight forwarding, or transportation.
  • Sales-Oriented: Strong understanding of sales processes and the ability to support sales teams with tailored pricing solutions.
  • Detail-Oriented: Meticulous with numbers and data, ensuring accurate and competitive pricing proposals.
  • Analytical: Comfortable working with data and market trends to drive informed decisions.
  • Collaborative: Thrives in a team environment, working across departments to achieve shared goals.
  • Proactive: Anticipates challenges, identifies opportunities for improvement, and takes initiative.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel is a must), with experience in pricing tools or logistics software as a bonus.
