This is a unique opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to the success of our high-volume restaurants.Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive beverage programs for multiple divisional restaurants, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
• Collaborate with beverage managers and sommeliers to maintain vendor relations, analyze sales and profitability, and optimize beverage offerings.
• Conduct thorough training and testing to assess team proficiency and retention, ensuring a high level of service quality.
• Work closely with general managers and the management team to interview, hire, onboard, train, schedule, supervise, and develop beverage managers.
• Analyze alcoholic beverage costs and sales data on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis to inform strategic decisions and drive revenue growth.Requirements
  • 2+ years of management experience, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
  • 2+ years of beverage director experience in a full-service restaurant, with expertise in inventory management and BOH systems.
  • Skilled in developing and executing strategic plans, with a focus on operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
