AI Engagement Manager

Job Description:

A company is looking for an Engagement Manager (AI & Data Analytics).

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary client liaison, translating business needs into actionable AI solutions
Gather and analyze requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deliver AI solutions
Plan, execute, and monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget

Required Qualifications

Proven success in client-facing roles and team leadership within a matrixed framework
5+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, and AI/technology consulting
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) and methodologies (Agile, Scrum)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field
Familiarity with AI enablement tools, workflows, and enterprise software solutions
