Job Description:

A company is looking for a Sourcing Manager, Product (Marketing & Design).

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive candidates for current and future hiring needs
Manage and lead a team of sourcers, providing mentorship and support to ensure team success

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
Experience sourcing in Design, Marketing, or Creative disciplines
Previous experience managing a team with strong leadership skills
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems like Greenhouse and/or GEM is a plus
