• Analyze and manage data, including segmentation, and practice scorecard.
• Use strong working knowledge of Salesforce to keep data clean and run reports for the practice.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance.
• Identify and leverage technology and AI opportunities to improve processes.
• Conduct process reviews and manage operational workflows.
• Prepare and present reports to the managing partner.What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, data analysis, or a related field.
  • Technologically savvy with a strong understanding of data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Process-oriented and coachable.What We Offer
