Louisiana University seeks a visionary, transformative, and
strategic leader to serve as the next Chief Compliance Officer
(CCO). The Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) is responsible for a
centralized approach to implementing policies and practices that
ensure the University complies with all applicable Federal and
State laws and regulations. This position provides advice, counsel,
and guidance pertaining to the interpretation and implementation of
state and federal laws related to discrimination, harassment, and
equal employment opportunity, including Title VII, Title IX, ADA,
and others. The CCO collaborates across campus to minimize
compliance risks and promotes educational opportunities on
compliance matters. This position oversees the University's
adherence to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Sections
503 and 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and other federal
and state disability laws. Additionally, the CCO serves as the
University's Title IX Coordinator, responsible for ensuring
compliance with Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, which
prohibits sex-based discrimination in any educational program or
activity. The CCO leads efforts to prevent and address sexual
harassment, sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence,
stalking, and gender-based harassment. As the Equal Employment

- Master's degree in business or related field from an accredited
