Provide direction to drive performance and achieve sales goals.Contract Development and Negotiation: Work closely with key accounts to develop and finalize contracts, coordinating with Silgan Executive Management and Legal Counsel.Business Development: Identify growth opportunities, providing comprehensive recommendations for pricing, terms, and specifications.Create Market Reports: Research and interpret current market conditions, industry pricing, and regional capabilities.Build Strategic Relationships: Work with senior management to develop and implement operating plans that align with the business, ensuring maximum sales and profit growth.What You'll Need:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or Packaging.10 or more years of progressive sales experience in packaging, manufacturing, or food and beverage industries.Proven ability to drive results and exceed targets.Strong organizational skills and the capacity to think strategically while simultaneously addressing roadblocks.To live close to a major airport and have the willingness to travel up to 50%.The ability to thrive both as a contributor and a team player in a fast-paced environment.Who We Are:America's largest metal food packaging producer.Silgan Containers is rethinking how to make the metal food can through increased recycled content, modern process overhauls, renewable energy procurement, and other innovative practices.Be part of Silgan's legacy, the market front-runner in consumer packaging solutions. #LI-Remote #remote #workfromhomeApply Today!
