Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager II to
support new and existing customers within the health plans
segment.
Key Responsibilities
Support new and existing customers to drive retention and increase
member engagement
Act as a trusted advisor to HR benefits leaders and communicate the
value of the product
Collaborate with the Renewals and Expansions Manager to identify
growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
3+ years of experience in customer success, customer support, or
account management in a high-growth, technology environment
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM
Some familiarity with HR benefits leaders is preferred
Process-oriented with an automation/efficiency mindset
