Job Description:

A company is looking for a Vice President, Underwriting - Financial Lines.

Key Responsibilities

Underwrite and manage a Financial Institution portfolio in line with the business strategy
Drive underwriting performance and develop the Financial Institution Business Plan and strategy
Maintain strong relationships with wholesale brokers and coach underwriters according to strategic direction

Required Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of underwriting or broking experience, preferably in Financial Institutions
Existing producer licenses in P&C and Surplus Lines are a plus
Experience in Surplus Lines/non-admitted market is advantageous
Bachelor's Degree required
Experience with Microsoft Office suite of products
