General ManagerReports To: PresidentResponsibilities

Managing key customer relationships
Developing and implementing growth strategies
Quoting new business with the understanding of operational costs
Overseeing and improving daily business operations
Creating and managing budgets
Establishment of goals to improve profitability
Insure a safe and healthy work environment for employees
Managing operational performance: quality, delivery, and productivity
Capital project oversight and justification
Generating reports and giving presentations
Establishing operational policies
Maintaining required quality certificationsQualifications
- Degree in engineering or business management preferred
- Prior management experience in foundry related business
- Understanding of business accounting systems
- Strong leadership qualities
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organized
- Strong work ethic
- Computer literate
- Self-motivated, proactive nature
