Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Director of Commodity
Management & Sourcing.
Key Responsibilities
Manage global category spend for Heat Exchangers, optimizing
affordability and innovation
Lead negotiations on long-term contracts and establish
collaboration with suppliers and internal teams
Develop and maintain expert knowledge of global supply markets and
oversee category performance metrics
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience in strategic
sourcing, commodity management, or supply chain operations OR
Master's degree with 8+ years of experience in the same fields
Experience managing heat exchangers, metals, or a highly technical
category
Proven track record of successful leadership and negotiation
Strong business acumen with experience collaborating across
diverse, global organizations
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
