• TB screening: 2 Step PPD OR IGRA, N95 Fit Test
• Varicella immunity proof or vaccination required
• Tdap valid for 10 years

  • EOW; EOH; 2 years PCU/Med-Surg Telemetry Acute Care experience
  • Will need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed
    • Job Requirements
    • Must be AHA BLS certified
    • Must be AHA ACLS certified
    • Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start of assignment
    • Completed Ascension Color Vision test prior to start and updated every 3 years
    • Completed HIPAA, Joint Commission - NPSG, OSHA Topics
    • NIH Certification required
    • Passed Ascension EKG Exam with a score of 90% or higher with only 2 attempts
    • Passed Ascension Specialty Exam
    • Mandatory vaccines or Positive IGG Titer (no exemptions for certain areas)

      • Ascension Unit Specific Checklist optional for onboarding
      • Ascension Onboarding Requirements Education Attestation needed
      • Ascension Nursing Contract Worker Onboarding to be done onsite
      • Ascension Skills Checklist required annually in specialty
