  • Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 36 hrs
  • 12 hour days 7a-730p
  • Floating to higher acuity units as needed
  • Hard worker, resilient, and manages change well
  • Able to manage independently and complete tasks timely on a fast-paced unit
    • Job Requirements
    • Minimum Experience: 2+ years experience required - firm on this, including Stepdown/Intermediate/PCU experience
    • ICU experience preferred
    • Trauma Level II preferred
    • Ventilator/Trach experience required
    • At least 1 prior travel experience REQUIRED
    • EPIC charting experience preferred
      • Schedule Information
      • 12 hour days 7a-730p
      • Every other weekend
      • Every other holiday
        • Unit Specific Information
        • 36 beds in the Med Surg Intermediate Care unit
        • Patient Ratio: 4:1
        • Unit experiences heavy Tele
        • Unit handles stable, weaning Vents/Trach, sepsis, trauma alcohol detox, and other conditions
          • Additional Details
          • Radius Rule: Contractors must be outside a 50 mile radius of Aspirus Wausau
          • ** Auto Offer Unit**
          • THIS UNIT HAS THE CONTRACT END ON SUNDAY NOT SATURDAY
          • Float Requirements: AWH all inpatient units, as needed
          • On Call/Call Back Requirements: NA
