      Key Responsibilities:As the Staff Development RN, you'll play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of growth and excellence by:
      
      • 
        
      • Leading the interviewing, selection, and onboarding process for clinical employees.
        
      • Providing ongoing education, training, and mentorship to new hires and existing staff.
        
      • Conducting 30, 60, and 90-day check-ins with new employees to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
        
      • Regularly rounding with long-term employees to maintain engagement and satisfaction.
        
      • Managing employee health records, organizing educational programs, and coordinating orientations for campus and nursing departments.
        
        This role is crucial to creating a supportive, growth-focused environment where employees can thrive and deliver exceptional care.
        What We're Looking For:
        
        • 
          
        • Associate's Degree in Nursing (or equivalent).
          
        • Current Registered Nurse license in Wisconsin.
          
        • Minimum 5 years of RN experience.
          
        • CPR certification required.
          
        • Experience in long-term care preferred.
