Candidates should have at least two years of recent experience in acute care settings, specifically in PCU or Med-Surg Telemetry. Applicants must possess valid BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications. You will need to adapt to different units based on where the need is greatest, ensuring flexibility within your skill set. Floating within the 40-mile range may be required to meet staffing needs.
