Location: Milwaukee, WI--
Fid-- is currently seeking an RN with Step Down Unit experience for
a 13-week contract in Milwaukee, WI----
Minimum Requirements: 2+ years of experience as a Step Down Unit
RN.2 years PCU / Med-Surg Telemetry Acute Care experience; traveler
will be placed on a unit where the greatest need is whether it is a
PCU or Med/Surg/Tele unit based on the traveler's skills; will
accept a M/S or Stepdown RN - same credentialing for both skills;
will need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40
miles if needed
Compliance Credentials Needed for Submission:--
Current WI RN License - compact allowed--
Current AHA BLS--
Current AHA ACLS
Current NIHSS
Resume with full work history, no gaps
Skills Checklist from within the past 12 months--
Drivers License--
EMR Experience--(Include years of experience, and systems used)
Final RTO or any scheduling requests (cannot exceed 7 days)
Two Supervisory References from the past two years of
employment--
