A company is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join their
team on a remote contract basis.
Key Responsibilities
Gain a comprehensive understanding of clients' claims, pharmacy,
and member files
Create source-to-target mapping documents and perform data analysis
to identify trends and insights
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven
solutions while ensuring data integrity
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare management,
data analytics, computer science)
8-10 years of experience as a Senior Data Analyst in the healthcare
industry
Strong SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries
Exceptional knowledge of clients' claims, pharmacy, and member
files
Experience in creating source-to-target mapping documents
