  We are looking for an experienced Clinical Documentation Specialist (CDS) to join our team! Bring your expertise to conduct CDI chart reviews, ensure accurate and complete documentation, and support appropriate reimbursement for services provided.
  
  ---- Key Responsibilities:
  
  Conduct comprehensive CDI chart reviews
  Collaborate with physicians, providers, and coders
  Ensure accurate reimbursement and quality documentation
  Train and guide Associate CDS team members
  
  ---- Requirements:
  
  5+ years of acute care nursing experience
  1+ year of CDI experience
  Proficient in MS Office, WebEx, Epic (or similar)
  Current Wisconsin RN License (or Multi-state license)
