  • Job: (1) OR Circulating RN - 10 HR DAYS - Children's WI - Milwaukee Campus
  • Guaranteed Hours per Week: 40hrs/wk
  • Primary Location: Children's Wisconsin - Milwaukee
  • Shift Requirements: (4) 10hr shifts from 09-1900 - rotating day off based on unit scheduling needs
  • 2 weeks of M-F 0650-1520 for orientation
  • Float Requirements: To Surgicenter if needed
  • On Call/Call-Back: Call is a minimum of 1 weekday per week and every 4th weekend (Friday end of shift-Monday 0700). Call response time is 30 minutes
  • Weekends: call rotation only
  • Holidays: as needed; can include in house coverage on any shift; or 24 hr beeper call.
    • Job Requirements
    • Required Certifications: AHA BLS, Unencumbered WI or Compact RN license
    • Minimum Experience: Minimum of 3 years OR experience required, PEDS experience is REQUIRED
      • Schedule Information

        • Unit Specific Information
        • Unit Specific Skillset: 14 OR's and 3 Special Procedure rooms (GI, oncology, dental). This is a circulating position.
        • Procedures: ENT, ortho, urology, gen. surg, craniofacial/plastics, neuro, eyes. We do cardiac but they wouldn't be expected to do cardiac.
          • Additional Details
          • Flu vaccine required. NO EXEMPTIONS
          • Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where the unit is closed and orientation week.
