  3x12 nights, for CVICU Float is required, ICUs first, if no need then to step down and then if needed medsurg units as well 12 week contract. CVICU Experience required. Knowledge Need (additional from baseline): CV, CV surgery, devices if possible (impella, balloon pump, ECMO nice if they have it, post op CT surgery management, CRRT). ACLS Required: Yes. PALS Required: No.
