Qualifications:

Current RN license (Wisconsin or compact state license).
Minimum of 2 years of recent OR experience, including various surgical patient types.
BLS certification required.
EPIC Electronic Medical Records experience preferred.
Familiarity with Alaris and Pyxis systems is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Strong organizational and communication skills.
Expertise in maintaining sterile techniques and patient safety during surgical procedures.
Ability to collaborate effectively with surgical teams and other healthcare staff.
