Job Description:

Demonstrate strong circulating skills in general, ortho, and OBGYN specialties
Work collaboratively with surgeons and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain a sterile environment, prepare the operating room, and anticipate the needs of the surgical team.
Foster a safe and supportive environment for patients throughout their surgical journey.

Qualifications:

Current RN state of Wisconsin or compact License.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the Operating Room setting.
Strong foundation in surgical principles and aseptic technique.
BLS, ACLS certifications
Experience scrubbing is preferred
Proficient in Epic charting, Pyxis, Alaris, and bedside telemetry monitoring
Excellent communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize patient-centered care.
