• Willing to wait for license
• BC or BE required
• Weekdays, Days, No call
• ACLS and BLS required
• Up to 14 cases per day
• General bread & butter, bronchoscopy, GI, radiology, ophthalmology
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
