Job Description:
Summit Medical Staffing Allied is seeking a travel nurse RN Med
Surg for a travel nursing job in Wausau, Wisconsin. Job Description
& Requirements
Start Date: asap
Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 48 hours per week. OT after 48 hrs
worked.
Shift Requirements: 12 hour variable shifts. days and nights
every other weekend and holiday rotation
Float Requirements: To any inpatient unit and to other Central
region locations if needed.
On Call/Call Back Requirements: NA
Required Certifications: WI RN, AHA BLS
Minimum Experience: 1 Year Inpatient Palliative Care preferred- 2
yrs MS experience REQUIRED. Will float between palliative and
inpatient rehab
Charting Experience Required : Epic required
Required Skillset: Med/Surg skill set required, experience in
Palliative Care/Hospice would be helpful
Primary Cases: Palliative, Comfort/Hospice, Med/Surg
Unit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio): 10 bed unit.
2 RN s and 1 C.NA per 10 patients. 5:1 RN ratio
Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social
candidates
Scrub Colors: any
REQUIRED EDUCATION:Associate Degree or Certificate
HOLIDAY ROTATION REQUIREMENTS:every other
SHIFT NOTES:12 hour day and night variables Please note that this
is strictly the hourly and stipends pay for this position.
Insurance and travel pay is offered but not included in this pay
package.
