Job Description:
A company is looking for a Team Leader SDR to lead and develop a
team of Sales Development Representatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of 3-4 SDRs
Drive team performance to meet individual and team target
expectations
Create a positive environment that encourages continuous
improvement and celebrates success
Required Qualifications
Deep understanding of sales development dynamics and business

Ability to collaborate with leaders to provide data-driven insights

Proactive approach to growth and leadership development
Career aspiration to grow into a senior management role
