Job Description:

Join the team at TAMU Restaurant and Sangria Bar in Chicago, IL as a Bartender / Server! We are looking for a passionate individual who is experienced in Banquet Catering, Casual Dining, and Front of House operations. The ideal candidate will be TIPS Certified and have a strong focus on Guest Service and Food and Beverage Management. Responsibilities include maintaining Portion Control, providing exceptional service in Fine Dining settings, and ensuring Sanitation standards are met. Menu Planning, Bartending, and knowledge of Food Safety protocols are essential for success in this role. The ideal candidate will have experience with Point-of-Sale Systems, Health and Safety regulations, and Wellness initiatives. Cashier Skills, Cash Handling, and Reimbursement procedures are also key components of this position. Additional responsibilities include Stocking inventory, Closing duties, and providing excellent customer service to all guests. This position is located in Chicago, IL 60601 and requires in-person work.
