Job Description:

Lead a high-volume restaurant as Executive Chef with 5+ years of experience. Manage BOH systems, train teams, and develop seasonal menus. Benefits include quarterly bonus, medical insurance, and paid time off.

• **Responsibilities:**
  • Oversee BOH operations, including purchasing standards and inventory control.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to hourly and management teams.
  • Research and develop seasonal menus and new menu items.
  • Ensure effective BOH training and quarterly audits.
  • Partner with chefs to purchase and order food products and supplies.
  • Review and maintain recipe books and create new recipe costing.
  • Interview, hire, onboard, train, supervise, and develop BOH employees.
  • Model teamwork across all teams and respond to guest, vendor, and employee challenges with patience and courtesy.
  • Work a variety of days and shifts, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends, with or without overnight travel.
  • Move and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • **Qualifications:**
    • 5+ years of Executive Chef experience in a full-service restaurant.
    • Ability to lead and develop teams.
    • Skilled in managing BOH systems.
