Job Description:
The production pastry cook is responsible for production and/or
plating of all elements of the dessert menu offerings. Essential
duties include maintaining a professional image, assisting the head
baker, preparing mise en place, and upholding high safety and
sanitation standards. The ideal candidate has a high school
diploma, food handler certification, and ability to work
independently. They must also be able to tolerate potential
