The salary range for this position is S60,000 to $65,000.

The goal of the Sous Chef is to manage the pastry department. The
Pastry Sous Chef reports to and works closely with the Pastry Chef
and Executive Chef, to run and maintain operations and quality
standards. An ideal Pastry Sous will accomplish their tasks by
monitoring the daily functions of the pastry department, including
providing support and guidance to the culinary team, ending in a
positive guest experience.
