The pay range for this position is an hourly rate of $25.00 to $26.00 and is also eligible to earn overtime.

    The AM supervisor is responsible for assisting the Chef team in overseeing and ensuring that AM services run successfully. They should be able to work all stations on the line, and help uphold quality and consistency expectations put in place by the Chef team.
    
    Responsibilities:
    
    • Assist chef team in overseeing AM operations, including brunch and lunch services.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic computer skills.
    • Be able to work all stations on the line and assist cook team with prep and service.
    • Have a basic understanding of controlling food cost and labor cost.
    • Assist chef team with AM inventories.
    • Create and follow prep lists accurately.
    • Assist in ordering and receiving.
    • Ensure cook team is making recipes and dishes according to chef's specs.
    • Display critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
    • Have solid communication and interpersonal communication skills.

      Qualifications:
      
      • Requires good communication skills.
        
      • at least 2 years of previous experience preferred.
        
      • Culinary degree or related restaurant experience is preferred.
        
      • Candidates should be able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills.
        
      • Able to work multiple stations in the kitchen.
        
      • This position will work the AM Shift (8:00 to 4:00pm) and will be required to work on holidays and weekends.
