and hire top technical talent.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies for sourcing product and
engineering talent
Lead the assessment and selection process for technical roles
Collaborate with stakeholders to define hiring goals and create
effective recruitment strategies
Required Qualifications
8-10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 5
years in product and engineering roles
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or
related field preferred
Proficiency with ATS, CRM systems, and advanced sourcing
techniques
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and
integrity
