Job Description:
A company is looking for an Oracle Cloud HCM-Payroll Lead to
manage payroll implementation projects and ensure compliance with
organizational and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage payroll implementation projects, ensuring alignment
with organizational goals
Configure Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll according to organizational
requirements and legal compliance
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document payroll
requirements and provide ongoing support
Required Qualifications
Over eleven years of IT experience, with at least three years in
Oracle HCM/Payroll Cloud implementation
Proven hands-on experience in developing solutions using Oracle HCM
Cloud Payroll
In-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll modules and
functionalities
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a foreign equivalent, or three
years of relevant work experience
Relevant Oracle certifications and public sector experience are
preferred
