Job Description:
What You Can Expect
The Project Developer, Senior will lead the development activities
for all ENGIE distributed solar and storage projects, guiding them
from site control to Notice to Proceed (NTP) for greenfield sites,
origination projects, and M&A initiatives throughout the United
States. Key responsibilities include land acquisition, permitting,
environmental reviews, and other facets of solar energy and storage
project development to help achieve the company's renewable energy
goals and growth strategy in North America. You should possess
strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills, with
the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while
maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
Everyday you will direct and manage both internal and external
subject matter experts to ensure the successful completion of land
acquisition, environmental assessments, local/state/federal
permitting, interconnection, real estate, and design activities.
Additionally, you will assist in activities related to M&A
opportunities initiated by the team.
What You'll Bring
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Environmental
Sciences, Sustainability, Engineering, or related fields

Compensation
Salary Range: $96,100 - $147,660 USD annually
This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified
candidate.
Actual offered salary may depend on geography, experience, industry
knowledge, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide
factors.
ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a
competitive bonus / incentive plan.
