Analyze and troubleshoot complex system issues on the IBM iSeries platform, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions. Research and evaluate new technologies, tools, and enhancements for the IBM iSeries platform, recommending improvements to enhance system efficiency and reliability. Participate in the planning, design, and implementation of system upgrades, migrations, and disaster recovery strategies on the IBM iSeries platform. Document system configurations, technical specifications, and procedures for the IBM iSeries environment.What you bring:

• Advanced knowledge in an IBM iSeries (AS400) environment.
• Basic knowledge in Windows applications & Windows Systems knowledge.
• Exposure on working on Incident tickets, Problem tickets, Change tickets and Request Tickets
• Application Change assessment and validation during change windows over the week and weekend.
• Monitors operations to ensure adherence to service level standards and company/department policies and procedures.
• Ensures professional and courteous support services are delivered to promote a productive and positive relationship with end users.
• Must be detail-oriented and customer-driven, focusing on providing the highest quality services to internal customers.
• Other related duties assigned as needed.Skills:

The pay range for this full-time position is $129,990.00 - $218,380.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
