Job Description:
Zurich North America is hiring a SailPoint IIQ Lead Developer at
their North America headquarters in Schaumburg, IL.As a SailPoint
IIQ Dev Lead, Digital Identity your main responsibilities will
include, but not necessarily be limited to, the following: -
- Define program/project requirements; Publish priorities for
efforts within the program that will be broken down into multiple
project streams and maintain master schedule with clear
dependencies.
- Assist in the rapid execution of information security
initiatives by maintaining an appropriate level of prioritization,
focus and persistence in an environment of significant change and
growth.
- Responsible for research, analysis, and design of all changes
and improvements in existing IAM systems; to recommend and develop
more efficient systems; and to maintain all existing
components.
- Leads effort to resolve problems with programs in the
production environments. Analyzes programs to ensure that they
efficiently use computer and storage resources; recommends
appropriate changes as necessary.
- Conducts preliminary analyses of requirements for new or
enhanced systems.
- Conducts preliminary analyses of cost/time requirements to
determine the feasibility and scope of proposed projects.
- Develop, implement and maintain procedures to ensure a reliable
and secure production environment.As a Technology Lead, Digital
Identity your skills and qualifications will include: -Basic
Qualifications: -
- Bachelor's Degree and 5 or more years of experience in the
Information Security area OR
- Zurich Cybersecurity Technician Apprentice, including Cyber
Security Certification and 6 or more years of experience in the
Information Security area OR
- High School Diploma or Equivalent and 7 or more years of
experience in the Information Security area - AND
- Solution engineering or security architecture experience
- Project management experience Preferred Qualifications: -
- End-to-end implementation of SailPoint IdentityIQ in a
virtualized or cloud environment
- Application onboarding, workflow development, and operations &
maintenance activities
- Configure, develop, and implement access certification,
identity lifecycle management, self-service access requests, and
delegated administration within IIQ
- Designing, build, configure, and implement IIQ connectors for
Active Directory (AD), Azure AD, Oracle, or other common
protocols/systems
- Hands-on experience with CICD tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins,
Git, JIRA etc. with multiple deployment strategies.
- Setup and deploy SailPoint IIQ in AWS Cloud infrastructure
- Customize workflows, forms, rules, roles, policies, reports,
and certifications
- Implementation of RBAC and Policies (e.g. Segregation of Duties
(SOD))
- Develop API services for access policies, and certifications,
and design custom screens for requesting additional access and
approvals
- Unit testing of code
- Attending client stakeholder meetings to elicit requirements,
confirm design, collaborate on integration, support user acceptance
testing
- Conduct program/project meetings, communicate individual roles
and project/program expectations.
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management with an
ability to influence, negotiate and meet expectations.
- Excellent written communications skills which demonstrate the
ability to draft clear, concise specifications, documentation and
reports.
- Evaluate effort estimates provided by technical teams/vendors
and articulate them in a business-friendly language to
non-technical people.
- Demonstrated ability to perform competently under pressure,
handling interruptions and changes without losing
productivity.
- Strong knowledge of information security concepts and security
trends and practices
- Able to participate and contribute to technical design
discussions.
- Proficiency in Java, BeanShell, XML, and SQL.At Zurich,

education. The salary indicated represents a nationwide market
range and has not been adjusted for geographic differentials
pertaining to the location where the position may be filled. The
proposed salary range for this position is $106,000.00 -
$173,500.00, with short-term incentive bonus eligibility set at
