• Lead projects for new trading and technical initiatives, working closely with trading, development, and infrastructure teams.
• Build trust within project teams, engaging with a diverse, global group of colleagues and stakeholders.
• Define and manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Conduct project retrospectives to identify and implement lessons learned.
• Design and manage the firm's planning and reporting processes.

• Degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in engineering (e.g., infrastructure or software development) and/or technical project management.
