A company is looking for a Managed Security Specialist (Internal
Only).
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding of new subscribers
Administration, support, and configuration of Microsoft 365 for
customers
Answer and troubleshoot inbound customer phone calls/emails
Required Qualifications and Education
2+ years of experience in customer service
3+ years of experience in a technical support role
Strong understanding of endpoint security
MS-900 Certification (Preferred)
CompTIA Security+ certification (Preferred)
