  - Vascular Transplant CARDIOVASCULAR Transplant
  - BLS
  -High School/GED and one of the following:
  -Completion of a Surgical Technologist Program.
  -Completion of a Military Training Program as an Operating Room Specialist.
  -Completion of a Froedtert Health sponsored Apprentice II Program.
