responsibility for this role is to translate business vision and
customer experience needs into compelling UI design. This team
member will assist in building prototypes to promote concept
understanding and business buy-in, collaborate across various teams
and disciplines to bring requirements to life via compelling
designs while promoting a culture of design within our team and
across the organization. Should have experience presenting to teams
(e.g., Design, Product, Engineering) to receive feedback and
understand user needs. Additionally, this team member will work
with developers to iterate further on designs during implementation
to ensure optimal outcomes.This position is not eligible for Visa

Designer, you will:
- Possess knowledge of prototyping and wireframe creation tools
such as Sketch, InVision, Figma, etc.
- Apply subject matter knowledge to design engaging and useful
applications that serve a wide variety of digital experiences,
focused on how the product feels for end-users. Responsible for
digital user experience to maximize brand value, customer
engagement and conversion across the web and online devices (e.g.,
smartphones, tablets, etc.), and articulating the design and user
experience to the engineering team for implementation.
- Have strong visual design skills and the ability to work and
collaborate with other designers.
- Communicate design decisions with key stakeholders while
advocating for the end-user.
- Spend time exploring new modern trends, tools, design patterns,
design systems, architecture, best practices and many other UX/UI
related topics.
- Conduct and interpret research of end-users perceived value and
usability (i.e., ease of use and efficiency) to make design
recommendations and develop prototypes.Education
- Bachelor's Degree Design, Digital Design, Communication Design,
Information Design, Graphic Design or Interaction Design.
RequiredExperience
- 3-5 years Designing component-based web, mobile, or desktop
applications. Knowledge of user-centered experiences, workflows and
design principles. RequiredLicenses and Certifications
