You will be responsible for ensuring communication compliance, as mandated by the SEC, to capture all communications effectively for both home and field offices. Primary Duties & Responsibilities*Recommends efficiencies to current established development and continuous integration practices.*Troubleshoots and resolves technical issues that may arise during the development and deployment of software projects.*Conducts thorough code evaluation to ensure compliance with established coding standards and best practices*Has an evolving understanding of system-wide architectural challenges.*Contributes to technical discussions and decision-making processes within the team.*May take on a mentoring role and provide guidance and support to junior technical talentBring your best!

• 2-4 years of experience with modern engineering tools, languages, and practices.
• Proficiency with Java, JavaScript, .NET, and Python.
• Hands-on experience in Java EE design and development.
• Proficiency in designing and developing REST APIs and applications using Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Java, and Python.
• Knowledgeable in API security and microservices resilience concepts.
• Proven experience with cloud environments (AWS) and DevOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Jenkins, Terraform.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and build processes.
• Expertise in using version control systems and repositories like Git, GitLab/GitHub, and Nexus/Artifactory.#LI-HybridCompensation Range:Pay Range - Start:$92,750.00Pay Range - End:$172,250.00Northwestern Mutual pays on a geographic-specific salary structure and placement in the salary range for this position will be determined by a number of factors including the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; the scope, complexity as well as the cost of labor in the market; and other conditions of employment.
