*Job Description:*We are seeking a skilled and compassionate *Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)* to join our *Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)* team. This position is for night shift coverage from *6:30 PM to 7:00 AM*, with availability for *weekends and holidays as needed*. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in neonatal respiratory care and a passion for delivering high-quality care to our most vulnerable patients.*Key Responsibilities:** Provide specialized respiratory therapy to neonates in the NICU* Administer oxygen, aerosol therapy, and ventilator management* Perform intubations and assist with surfactant administration and resuscitation* Monitor ventilator settings and adjust based on blood gas and patient response* Collaborate with neonatologists, nurses, and other clinical staff to develop and implement patient care plans* Conduct thorough assessments and document patient status and progress* Assist during high-risk deliveries and provide immediate neonatal support*Requirements:** Active *Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)* license* Minimum *1-2 years of NICU experience* - _Required_* Strong knowledge of neonatal respiratory therapy techniques and equipment* BLS and NRP certifications - _Required_* Ability to work 12-hour night shifts, including weekends and holidays as scheduled if needed* Excellent communication and teamwork skills*Preferred Qualifications:** Experience in a Level III or IV NICU setting* Additional certifications such as PALS or ACLS are a plus*Contract: 13 weeks **Sign on bonus up to $200 *Job Types: Travel healthcare, ContractPay: $72.00 - $78.00 per hourExpected hours: 36 per weekShift:* 12 hour shift* Night shiftSupplemental Pay:* Signing bonusWork Location: In person
