Job Description:

A company is looking for an IT Renewal Specialist (100% REMOTE).
Key Responsibilities

Support the pursuit and closure of sales, focusing on renewals and unattached business
Monitor renewal opportunities, manage the opportunity pipeline, and generate accurate sales quotes
Explain the value of Partner solutions and collaborate with internal teams to exceed sales goals

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in supporting sales teams within the IT or IT services industry
Previous experience with pre-sales and post-sales support
Experience in tracking and updating customer information in Salesforce
Bachelor's degree
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
