Job Description:
A company is looking for a Specialist in Power BI & RPA.
Key Responsibilities
Create, maintain, and develop reports and dashboards using Power BI
for HR operations
Collaborate with departments to understand and address their
requirements
Proactively identify digitalization opportunities and assess the
technical feasibility of digital projects
Required Qualifications
Completed degree in Business Administration, Communication,
(Business) Informatics, or a comparable field with initial IT
experience
Basic knowledge of SAP R3 and strong analytical skills with a high
affinity for numbers
Good to very good experience with MS Office and solid knowledge in
Power BI and data analysis
Experience with UiPath and knowledge of an object-oriented
programming language such as Java, C++, C#, Python, VBA, or VBS is
desirable
Strong communication skills in both German and English
