The following are the duties of this position at the full working
level. If this vacancy includes more than one grade and you are

Qualifications
Federal experience is not required. The experience may have been
gained in the public sector, private sector or One year of
experience refers to full-time work; part-timework is considered on

You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of
this announcement:
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
GS-09 SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION: You must have 1 year of
specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility
equivalent to the GS-07 grade level in the Federal service.
Specialized experience for this position includes: Experience using
information management systems and their capabilities, procedures
and requirements; Experience working with automated systems and
programs, including their connectivity and integration to other
automated systems; Experience working with computer equipment to
identify and report routine hardware and software problems.
Experience applying basic fact-finding and analytical techniques to
gather information and analyze reports to provide planning,
inventory, and trend analysis information; Experience interpreting
and implementing regulations, procedures, guidelines, and data
request; and experience presenting data, conclusions and
recommendations in a clear, concise and logical manner.
OR You may substitute education for specialized experience as
follows: a Master's or equivalent graduate degree in any field of
study.
OR 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education
leading to any field of study.
OR LL.B. or J.D., if related.
GS-11 SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION: You must have 1 year of
specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility
equivalent to the GS-09 grade level in the Federal service.
Specialized experience for this position includes: Experience using
information management systems and their capabilities, procedures
and requirements; Experience working with automated systems and
programs, including their connectivity and integration to other
automated systems; Experience working with computer equipment to
assist in problem identification, maintenance, and testing, such as
hardware, software, applications, information sources, and
operating procedures. Experience applying basic fact-finding and
analytical techniques to gather information and assist management
in addressing administrative, compliance, and basic work
distribution problems; Experience interpreting and implementing
regulations, procedures, guidelines, and data requests; and
experience presenting data, conclusions and recommendations in a
clear, concise and logical manner.
OR You may substitute education for specialized experience as
follows: a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree.
OR an LL.M., if related.
