A company is looking for a Customer Experience & Insights Analyst Manager to enhance and optimize customer experiences across products and services.



Key Responsibilities

Collect, analyze, and interpret customer data to inform business decisions
Assist in mapping the customer journey and optimizing touchpoints
Manage Voice of the Customer programs and translate feedback into actionable insights


Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a customer experience role
Proficient with survey design, implementation, and evaluation
Experience conducting market and customer research
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
Expertise with Qualtrics XM platform and XM Discover (Clarabridge Studio)
